By default, the daily email of visiting companies you receive will contain ALL companies.
You may find that you get fed up with seeing certain types of companies within your daily companies email reports. If so, please refer to our page about tagging companies, which includes video showing you how to exclude certain types of companies from your daily reports.
This page focuses more on using the A1WebStats system to drill down to companies that are of specific interest to you.
For example, you may get visitors from around the world but are only interested in companies from one country.
Another example would be to focus on companies who got to certain parts of your website, but maybe not other parts.
You can use the A1WebStats system to pull out data related to visiting companies and add filters that result in a view that’s of most interest to you.
You can also create automated reports, based on your chosen filters, ensuring that you receive only the visiting companies information of most interest to you.
The videos below are just examples of the type of advanced filtering you can do. Please do contact us if we can help you with a specific data filtering requirement and we’ll be happy to help.
