A1WebStats tracks ALL visitors to your website, whether or not they are identifiable as a business.
The system looks at each visitor, including their IP address, and chooses whether a visit should appear in the Organisations view of your account (and daily or weekly emails).
The system doesn’t always get it 100% correct though and you will sometimes see records within Organisations that are ISP’s or telecoms companies. Sometimes there may be others that look like bots.
If you see those consistently in your organisations data and they become annoying, then you can flag those up for us to review and correct where needed.
Any changes made will also be made for all customers who may see that visit go to their website, so there are benefits when everyone uses that functionality.
